Blue Wave Life Instructors are available and excited to build up your team! We are available to come out to your facility or host you at ours. Each class is tailored to fit your organization. We work with all groups and organizations no matter the skill level and are happy to introduce your team to the power of self-confidence that basic self-defense knowledge provides. Additionally, these classes focus on trust. Students will learn to trust themselves and assist their peers in building and developing skills as a group.
